Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders from Sydney, Australia.

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As all pieces are hand built and made in small batches, some items may require additional lead time — this will be noted on the product page.

Domestic shipping (Australia) We ship via Australia Post with tracking included. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
